Another Christmas and being alone!

Each Christmas I wish next Christmas to not stay alone....but it looks like it doesn't happen!
I've been doing okay lately since the holidays are kicking in and no plan....
I went out with this guy couple of times...he's a friend and he asked me out....but he didn't make any move and I didn't....Sunday we went for hiking and it was great....It feels good to be with him...but he's not doing anything....He paid for the food those couple of times we went out....but no kiss!!!! How does it work really? I don't see him as a shy person....and I see him being interested....but what makes him not to make any move then?
I wish there was a guidance for relationship....I've been failing in so many relationships that I don't really know what it feels to be with somebody....
but I know it's sucks to be alone in Christmas time....and no I don't have family....I have just my sister here and she has other plan!
I dont' want to feel down for such a thing....and nag....but it's getting into me....good thing is that I've been doing good for past month and a half....got to give myself some credit for that at least....

Others far wiser than me will have to guide you in the relationship department.

As for the relationship troubles...maybe he's afraid you don't want anything right now. If you think that he is interested, then I would just make the first move.

well....I don't know what to do....and I think it's better I dont' do anything....if he likes, he will do something....he just rejected me for going hiking tonight...well...I go by myself now! ALONE!

I hear ya. I'm not the type of girl to make the first moves either but I have before. Once I even asked a guy out for dinner.

Eventually he'll catch on to your flirtatious (if you have been) behavior and make a move. Did he say why he 'rejected' going hiking tonight? Be safe when you go out alone!!

As Sting sings in one of his songs.."seems I'm not alone in being alone.." I know how it feels to be alone this time of year. Hang in there. It will be over in a few days!

Thanks guys....I just got back from Vegas....glad that I went...It was fun and I wasn't alone...my friends were there
besides....Kevin texted me on Thursday night saying "happy holidays little princess!"....I think he's supper slow....but probably, it's better than rushing to something quickly and then end it up disaster....probably, God want me to slow down this time....I'm going to call him tomorrow and just chat and say hi....
