I appreciate all the comments from everyone in my multiple topics. They have been helpful in gaining perspective. Gives me the opportunity to get out of my bipolar conversations. Thank you all I will hopefully get it figured soon but with a clearer head.

Today I feel so unworthy. I feel incapable of being loved. I feel like I have been thrown in the trash. I feel sad hurt depressed still confused. I feel it will always be this way I feel like no matter what I do I'm never gonn be ok. And that's how the world will see me. There's the girl whose not ok she's unlovable. Treat her like crap and then throw her away. I feel like garbage. Nobody wants garbage.

Take a look at these: http://forums.psychcentral.com/showthread.php?t=108173

Then when you finish with the pity party move on to something substantive to make a better life for yourself.

It is hard not to go through the pity party phase. I actually have to call people to help me throught the bipolar conversations that spiral in my head. It helps. On and byzantine. I love your direct blunt replies. I mush rather have the truth and it is true I was feeling sorry for myself. One of these days I will be able to stop the bipolar conversations by myself. Hopefully sooner than later. today I am feeling pretty good. A little more peacfull. Let's hope it lasts because it feels so much nicer

As you go through this experience over and over again you will actually prove to yourself, this too shall pass. It just takes time and wisdom. Having this knowledge and wisdom will help you get through the rough spots.
