I got to visit with my daughter and the twin grandsons all last week. This week they are with my exhusband and his wife, but she has come to spend two extra days with me here. It has been wonderful seeing her and the little boys, who are thriving (now age 8). They love their life and experiences, and are happy.
I'm no longer worried about them in this faraway location. They like the adventure, and they're having such multicultural experiences, all good.

I just needed to post this, since I had whined so much about their initial decision to do this, and have been adjusting to it all this past year.
Thanks to all of you who've been so supportive to me.
Patty

Patty,

It's wonderful that you got to see your grandsons and daughter and spend some extra time with them. I'd be worried too though if they were my family so don't be harsh on yourself,

Rhiannon
