A weight is lifted....

Hi, friends,

I've been corresponding with one of our new forum members, and we've talked on the phone several times as well. Last night, I verbalized (to her) for the first time about my "addiction" to the man I've posted about in this topic of Relationships. Just saying it out loud seemed to help me see it differently.

Plus, the man called me, and after a couple of days, I emailed him telling him that the conversation had stirred up my emotions for him. He responded, only talking about our sexual involvment, with no statements of caring for me whatsoever. I felt disgusted, and now have no desire to see me again, though he had mentioned it in the phone conversation.

I also had asked him in email if he was seeing anyone else, as knowing that would be helpful to me in moving on. He didn't answer that question at all.

Today, I've felt a great weight lifted from me...with no desire for further communciation with him. What a relief! I hope you will all celebrate with me!!!
