my dad has npd & paranoid pd. hetold me to kill myself. he hurts half the family. iwant tocut but i wont.

I'm sorry this is happening ((swingbeatnik)). Are you a young person living at home still? Is your dad recieving treatment for his mental illness? It's not right for sure - do you think his illness makes him say these mean things or is he just mean? Considering where his statements come from, you should consider them powerless and irrelevent. You're not what he says and don't ever believe it.
