Don't have much support to give, is this OK?

Right now I find that I don't have a lot of support to give. I just don't know how to support people other than giving out hugs right now. I don't have a lot of life experience or wisdom.

I also am more comfortable supporting others when I know them better. I don't know people here very well and I don't feel confident in my abilities to be supportive. I try to offer hugs whenever people ask for them.

Is it OK that I not be as supportive right now? I know some people want me to be more supportive and ask for help less. I will try to ask for help less from now on, but I'm still not very good at being supportive.

Greenleaves, it's fine that you can't support anyone else, we're all in that place at one time or another. We just want you to stop beating the same topic to death, OK? It is hard to support YOU when it seems like you're not listening and not taking anyone's help that's being offered.

Do you have any hobbies? Or a pet? Or a teddy bear? You need to have something to focus on that will get your mind off your obsessions.

MHO, and it'll probably get deleted, but I can't take it anymore.

I propose a new forum. "Greenie anon!" Why move the posts around Lets create a new forum, I would love it. Any takers?

it is okay if you can't give support. a lot of us have to take breathers. it happens to everyone. take care of greensleaves.
