This model goes by other names too.

Learning about this model has been very helpful to me as I consider communication and relationships. I've been reading up again on drama triangles as a refresher.

The more I remember that, the better.

Will pass the idea on to my son also, he has a boss who picks on him. Maybe the broken record technique with a dispassionate bland statement will get the guy off his back some.

Sarah, I was taught this in work. I worked in an office and dealt with peole who had employment and money issues. We considered Transactional Analysis in all our intervews as it was very easy for things to escalate. It a great tool, but one that Im glad you remined me off. Sometimes its easy to get carried away, but i suppose it takes 2 to tango and a little bit of cooperation goes a long way.

Another very good post from you sarah.

Keep them coming!
