Well, I never really do any creative writing. But I just posted something that will be considered creative writing in the Creative Corner. My post is called Light in the Dark. It's about my ex girlfriend, Dyan.

Dyan was wonderful. The only reason we broke up was her drinking really. I couldn't take the drinking. When we were together she drank everyday. Now I want her back. She only drinks once a week now. I know that's more bearable than the drinking everyday. When we were together I asked that she only drink on the weekends. Now that she is doing that I know we could make it work. She wants me back, too. She's trying to get out of the relationship she's currently in. We both are in the same position there. Breaking up with someone you're living with is harder than I had expected. She comes to see me every so often and we talk online all the time. We both still love each other very much.

She's the only one I've ever wanted to marry...and the only one I've ever wanted to be with for eternity. One night she was crying and said the only thing she wanted was to give me my engagement ring back. That it was meant to be. I believe that to be true. She brings out the best in me and allows me to be myself and not hide myself from others.

She's the only one that makes my heart skip a beat when I think of her and it's more intense when I see her or spend time with her. *Sigh*

I think this is great that you can have the one you truely love...but why not let the others go..its not easy but kinder than stringing them both along..I know I would rather be dumped than have someone stay for all the wrong reasons...You two can be happy now so why wait

Honey Lex, drinking is drinking sweetie. Are you setting yerself up? Can y'all just take a break from the "relationshiip" thing. Support each other as friends and go slow for a change.?? I don't want to watch you repeating old patterns that do't work, ya know? I care.
