Why do people only think of theirselves???!!! Feel like trash today... I always try to think about others, but yeah... I make mistakes... I´m human. I try to be a good friend to others... then why are MY feelings not to be considered??? Getting dumped...

I'm so sorry that you are feeling so bad. Yes, it is bad when all you do is give and never get anything in return. I often struggle with that, myself. I give everything I have and look where it's gotten me...in debt.

This all sounds so familiar.....and, yes, I'm in debt too!
But I've stopped being so giving and generous. The bitter pill I'm swallowing right now is trying to sell my nice house in order to buy something much cheaper. Dumped!...been there. Am I bitter and cynical now about the human race? NO!, but no longer inclined to give my heart and soul (and money) so readily! Never again give to someone who is not at least as generous and like-minded as you are! Healing thoughts, Seeker Patty |

I have felt all the feelings you are feeling -- as recently as this morning!
It is hard to pick ourselves up afterward. There's nothing wrong with becoming more discerning about other people and our boundaries as a result of these disappointments, IMHO.
