So at the end of my outpatient program I came to a clearer understanding of why I am the way I am (depression/personality/re-occurantproblems). I think this is a goal that most people want to achieve during therapy but the fallout from my new perspective has made me more depressed, agitative, and confused as to what to do.

Now all I can do is wait for my new appts with new doctors to start and to have to start the whole process over again which is really discouraging. I dont know how to process this new info on my on and I feel like I am taking it out on myself and family members. Its hard for me to have faith in starting over and opening myself up to all the pain.

Has anyone else experienced this?
