That's a strong word Michael.It may have been an included word,but,discardable imo,and obviously we can change ourselves by way of choice.

I got an 8.
I know I am the worse partner in my relationship. It's gotten a lot better since I've been working on the MI. Used to have a short fuse. I have to work on snarky comments though.

No surprise to me but I got a 75 on the quiz. My boyfriend is quite abusive. That is what brought me to this website.

I think most spouses tend to be abusive to each other at various times in the relationship. It's so easy to take ones spouse for granted. People tend to forget how to appreciate what they already have. I am VERY guilty of such behavior.

My gf scores so low she won't even fit on the scale. i scored my own behaviour with an 8 but I must say i stretched my answers into the negative wherever I was in doubt, so its likely lower.
I am somewhat impulsive, I think that is due to my ADD. I wish I could change that.
