Hi everyone

I have this friend/ ex boyfriend who just recently as being forbidden from contacting his kids and wife due to his bail conditions, he is going through a really hard time and is very depressed condeplating killing himslef, he crys all the time and cant see beyond each day, how do i help him?

If any of you have been or know someone or just have some advice on how to help someone going through this type of thing can you help me!
what did you feel, and what helped you?

If you can, help him see beyond the bail conditions and to work toward that time in the future; put a "date" on it. Whatever his problems are, help him to get thinking and planning how to solve them so he can get back to a life he does like instead of the depressing one. He has to think about other things ahead so he can move in that direction, rather than just what he does not have now.
