Do you think it's possible for two people, each of whom are emotionally unavailable, to have a long term, emotionally fulfilling relationship? If yes, how? If no, why not?

No... you cannot be with someone and be emotionally unavailable. Relationships are a partnership and your partner deserves your emotions as do you theirs.
There is no such thing as emotionally unavailable in a relationship you make your self available or else the relationship will end. I can say this because I tried this and the relationship ended.

Yes. I know two psychopaths who are successfully dating each other. Neither of them is capable of love or compassion or empathy (or a many number of other emotions). But they respect one another, and they enjoy each other's company. So it works...

Despite the fact that they refuse to admit that they are dating... But that's beside the point...
