It it normal to feel a little strange and awkward around someone you haven't seen or heard from in a while? A girl came up to me in work today and I hadn't spoke to her in ages, and it's not like we didn't get on well before, because we got on great, but I just felt really awkward and I didn't really know what to say to her

I think it's a normal response. I feel the same way when I haven't talked to someone in a while.

Of course it's normal! I get nervous before going to parties with people I know! HAHA! Glad I'm not the only one...
Yeah, when I haven't seen someone in a while, I get pretty anxious. Usually it turns out to be not that big of a deal, but that doesn't stop my heart from beating like crazy. Give yourself a break, love. You're not a freak. You're human. ![]() |
