i was wondering how many others do this.

my significant other and i do this. i tell him most of mine, but not ones of the sort that i have decided to tell him later today *he guessed the category and wants to talk about it since i got sad and odd the other day.
at first i said no. but after thinking on this, i will.
i am afraid to mention it all. dreams of sort are not like some that i talk about, they too upset me, but for some reason this one shaked me a bit more in this category. i talk about mor upetting dreams thou so am confuse..
i find it helpful in ways, another to help with some symbolism that i dont fully see at first. i am grateful to be able to share. but this one ugh this will be a first in this categor of dreams to share, not sure if i will fully say i have had similar. i might as well if it is asked. not all the time. i looked up on hypomanic & dreams maybe a clue on them. i am bp, i dont want him to think i am taking action of the dreams. i do find much symbolism though

i mean symbolism in the dreams with real life, but not what the dream may appear to be if that makes sense

I share my dreams with people I trust all the time, espeically ones that make me upset. It helps a lot to get it out of your head.
