Hi im feeling like my fiance doesnt give a s**t about me, i feel im his slave, ok im not earning but i shouldn't have to clean on my bday should i?? Especially when he said he'd pamper me all day (yeh right, he was in bed most of it)
Im even getting up at the crack of dawn to feed his mum and dads animal while theyre on holiday...even when im feeling ill! He only acknoweldges me when he's had a pint or 3, apart from thet im the one who initiates kisses, hugs, hand holding etc (apart from yesterday though cos ive had enough and want to feel loved, which i dont at the mo) Help! |

If he's treating you like that before you're even married, what do you think it will be like after?? It doesn't get better, having a baby won't make it better, you giving him everything he wants and then some, doesn't make it better.
You'd better think long and hard before you tie the knot! Is this what you want for the rest of your life? I seriously doubt it. Find a man that doesn't change after the first time you sleep with him. Think about this "Why should he buy the cow if he's already getting the milk?"

Zowee Why should he stay in bed all day and let you do all the work. Where are all these 'new men' we hear so much about? Women are so silly when it comes to men they think they love. This is a universal problem. Give it two years at the most and you'll have a different perspective on things, especially if you have a baby by then. Men are still chauvinistic to a great degree (even in these so-called enlightened days) and expect a woman to be the body servant and general dogsbody. There are very few equal partnerships, IMO. Love is all in the mind. We need something concrete. FG |
