What is this? Constant, compulsive talking, talking, talking, especially when the person seems to be taking great pleasure in the repetition, ex.: "Yes, my mother liked that, yes, she liked that, my mother liked that, she sure did like that, my mother liked that, she sure did, she really did, mom liked that." <start story over from beginning, then finish>:"Yes, my mother liked that, yes, she liked that, my mother liked that, she sure did like that, my mother liked that, she sure did, she really did, mom liked that." Do this as many times as someone will put up with it.

I've known people who liked to talk, but they talked about all sorts of things. So what is this constant repetition?
