I just can't decide whether to go to this party or not. I asked this girl out and she sugarcoated a not interested response, and basically that was that. Then a friend of mine invited me to a party at her house (multiple people live there), and I'm really unsure of if I should go or not. Part of me feels like no. no way. I'm not going. She doesn't want to see me. Not interested in me. That would be so weird for me to just show up. The other part of me is like, it's no big deal man, your going for another friend not her, you don't even have to look for her. But just maybe she might turn around and get to know you better there and start to like you.
I really can't decide. Just thinking about this is making me inCREDIBLY uncomfortable. I just want to avoid the whole situation completely. It's really just a battle between no means no! Don't be a creep! and Just go! You might regret it if you don't! |

Go and practice your social skills. ie have a good time, don't get too wasted, and yeah, show her you are part of her social circle, she just didn't realize it, no big deal, too bad she lost out on her chance tho... (is she lookin? is she lookin now? no? how about now? okay, cool it!)

Heck yeah -- I'd go and I wouldn't pay ANY attention to her. I'd work the room, so to speak, and like hankster said, practice my social skills. Then maybe she'll approach YOU. Even if she doesn't someone ELSE might.
![]() Don't lose out on a fun night just because of her. OH - and like Hankster said, don't get wasted. That would turn everyone off, big time! Go and have a good time. Hugs, Lee |
