over the past couple of days my ex who has been mentally abusing me left me a lone for a month now he is texting again going out of his way to be really nice to me and ask me to go places he knows i like to go too....im biting my tounge and staying strong and not repsonding.

You are doing the right thing. To the best of my knowledge, texts, unlike emails, cannot be blocked, so you need to rely on your will power, in the absence of a technological solution.

You are clearly doing a great job.
