Hello all,
Its me again and if you ask me why do i post this much then i have to say i have been going through such a depressive stage in my life ![]() I have had a bad life till now and i want to change it seriously.Every time i would take somebody as my friend for ending up as being mocked, mutilated and shattered.I don't know why the world is this much cruel , and why all of them were cruel too because i never interfered in anyone's matters and i am an introvert too .May be this was the reason . So how do you inculcate beautiful , positive thoughts in your minds when you are depressed? I have found out that if i think about some people that makes me intensively negative and the thing which i associate with them also appears to be dull and uninteresting.I guess by dissociating them from it i can smile ![]() Please write your tips for staying positive.It will be of immense help ![]() |

My tip would be to really get in touch with you, and love you.
I journal everyday, write, draw, collages. Two dogs are my constant friends and companions who model unconditional love, loyalty, and are great listeners. Read, learn, be inspired by nature, outdoors. These are my personal things, and of course day to day life and living is the best teacher. Simple stuff, just mold your interests, try it out see if it clicks for you. Sorry that relationships are challenging. I am an introvert too, and it is sometimes overwhelming. Please know this is a wonderful loving a safe place here and lots of care surrounds you. sincerely Jade
