Hi everyone,
I have read anecdotes online from people saying that "L-Tyrosine works better for me than the Acetylized version," but from all indications, N-Acetyl Tyrosine should always work better (be more potent, be more readily taken up, whatever) than L-Tyrosine. Any thoughts? Thanks, Sean |

I heard it is good for the mind and brain. I heard it really helps with thinking and is a good cure for splits in thinking. Some food naturally occuring in it are great to eat. (can';t list off hand) Also I would say the one you mentioned is probably the best too. But don't worry about it if someone gives you the other kind, it still is great. Anyway it is so nice to hear others that take nurtisupplimentation. I myself am taking Bacopa herb from www.Herbalcom.com a bulk herbal co on the net with great prices. I also use celery seed powder as a nervine instead of potent tranzuilizers all the time. I take Noni- which is morinda Citrofolia- another tonic which is a fruit from the Islands that is good for sleep, good for mental ability and so on. I also started to buy hemp-seed oil by the gallon and drink one fourth cup or more a day, because the omega 3-6 oils are brain boosters and some research shows improvment in bi-polor studies and schphrifrena patients in some binding studies in the last few years. You can look it up on the internet if you are courious. Thanks for your interest in Tyrosine and tell me some more about it if you wish. I would appreciate it. Your friend Razeljenny
