Ive been talking to this girl for 3 month. Recently she has been acting differently. I haven't seen her in 15 days and don't text that much. She has been really moody lately and I asked her what was wrong and she said nothing is wrong. I upset her by asking her for 3 hr what was wrong and she got mad she told me she's not mad anymore. She told me she is very stressed about work and is overwhelmed about all the changes going on at her work. I think she maybe depressed. Would depression make her act this way that she just wants to be left alone? When we first started talking she said she gets really high anxiety and I think she said she gets to a point where she wants to be alone. Last time I saw her she surprised me and came to my game which was late and she came right from work, It was in the city and she don't drive in the city for no one. when she left my game things were great. She went to see her parents back home that weekend and got sick so she didn't want to come over because she didn't feel good. I thought maybe she doesn't like me anymore but I take care of her pets when shes gone and I got her this bear a couple weeks ago and she took it home with her like she normally does. If she is depressed or very stressed what can I do to help her I like her a lot and don't like seeing her this way any advice would help.

It is difficult for a loved one deal with depressed loved on. I suffer from bipolar disorder, but when I'm depressed, I just need a shoulder to cry on. I don't wante to be pushed into doing something I don't want to do and rarely ever want go out. And sometimes I just want be left alone. It has nothing to do with how much I love person. I would like thoughtful texted. Like " thinking of you" "hope are feeling better" etc. Maybe card or flowers or whatever you think she might like. Wishing you the best.
