it makes good sense that gaining more personal development skills would help in relationships,, doesn't it ?

i just was given this link to a blog site where a specialist in PTSD recovery shows ways to gain these skills. so much of our daily problems are the result of early trauma, or ongoing stress, and this site will offer many ways to improve ones ability to manage or overcome those over-active reflexes that cause so much trouble in life, relationships, work, etc.

i hope you find something in here that you can use in your daily life,,, it's very easy to read and understand~

C PTSD - A Way Out | A place to check in daily

best wishes~
