Another blow to my stomach! No meds for my son! They rather see him hurting us and maybe ending up killing his own sister. Finally we've been in contact with the doc again... Nothing good!!!! Finally we've been in contact with the doc again... Nothing good!!!! Finally we've been in contact with the doc again... Nothing good!!!! Finally we've been in contact with the doc again... Nothing good!!!!

I went so frustrated and tried to make the doc see sense... He just wouldn't listen.

I feel beaten to the ground. But I'll not give up! I'll contact a specialist in another part of our country instead. It's soooo draining when you do everything in your power to make people see what needs to be done... and they just don't get it.
I'm so sad... down... anxious now... We really thought this doc understood the situation and had the right knowledge about this.
Finally we've been in contact with the doc again... Nothing good!!!! Finally we've been in contact with the doc again... Nothing good!!!! Finally we've been in contact with the doc again... Nothing good!!!! Finally we've been in contact with the doc again... Nothing good!!!! Finally we've been in contact with the doc again... Nothing good!!!! Finally we've been in contact with the doc again... Nothing good!!!!

This day isn't a good day at all! It took 45 minutes to get my son out to the support family's car. He was so anxious and angry... kicking and screaming... calling the mother of the support family not so pleasant names. He hit me with his fist right at my larynx. I had to think think think of something to distract him.... finally I did. He calmed down just a little bit and we had to carry him out to the car. It feels just horrible doing this to him... knowing that we have to... If we give in now... he'll get even worse. When he gets to the support family's house he's feeling better and calm again... That we know... but he can't understand and remember that from this time until the next time.
We had a nice time this morning together. He's so sweet when he's sweet. I just wish I got to see it more often!

I feel so selfish writing about my problems now AGAIN. I wish I could be more supportive to you out here.

I sure would love to get a hug or two today... if it's ok.

Dearheart, Never give up. You are your son's biggest advocate. Please start to document all minor and major occurences that happen within your family and others. I truly hope nothing severe really does happen but you will have documents on the events. You are a lot stonger than you know. I am here for you like all of your friends who truly believe in you and love you. We are many......We are here to support you...you know your son better than we do. But you can lean on us..... Take good care. Altheia

Poetry, I know as a teacher of children who are mainstreamed into the regular classrooms that medications can make a miraculous difference. I had a student last year whom I couldn't manage, but he was absent for a while, and now, on medication, he is a model student. I even told him what a pleasure it was to have him in my class this year. I hope your son can get the meds he needs.
Love,
Patty

Poetrylover, I'm sorry that you are getting the support you need with your son. I can't recall any his issues.... nor what all you have tried...so forgive me if ..I don't mean to offend.

Have you had him evaluated for allergies and such? An ear nose and throat guy can also determine if he has any inner/middle ear problems... these things can cause real behavioral problems and are often overlooked. Food allergies, molds, etc can even cause heart attacks and deafness...as well as anxiety and depression and rage.

Ok, sorry if I'm out of the loop Finally we've been in contact with the doc again... Nothing good!!!!

Thank you all for caring!

(_Sky... I've written about my son several times in here. I've written about what's going on with him. My son has got a diagnoses- Aspergers disorder. It's not other health issues that's causing this. As a person having OCD... I'm quite careful when it comes to my kids health. We've been through a lot of examinations with him.)

anybody have a camcorder to film the litle guy going off? One picture is worth a thousand words, to show the ignorant doctor? Pretty scarey stuff to get popped in the larynx...... is a second doctor possible?

I've filmed him with a digitalcam. I will do it again at a time when he's REALLY angry and frustrated. We've seen two docs already about meds. I mailed another one yesterday and got a short message in return, telling that she couldn't help us...
We'll have to come up with some new ideas.
He's been a bit calmer for a couple of days... so that's been wonderful. We have to live for the little moments.

Thank you for your suggestions, hillbunnyb! Glad that you reminded me about filming him... You kind of tend to forget about things, in the middle of this mess.
