Is it possible to be with someone after knowing who and how many they've been with?

Yes, it is possible. My husband has managed it without jealousy. Of course, we don't discuss my past in depth that much, but he says it's in the past so it doesn't matter.

As long as the past stays in the past, then it doesn't matter. I mean that in more than one way. I don't talk about my ex GFs nor do I have fond memories of them. They stay where they need to be, in the past. Now when my wife's ex BFs started looking her up, I had a problem with that.

If a person can't get past your history then a relationship is not going to work

and now you learned, let someone volunteer what they feel comfortable volunteering about their past...if you start digging around because of insecurities then its going to hurt your ego somehow, because thats what you are after...address your own insecurity first before attacking someone else for what they have no control over today, their past.
