I have already asked the team leader support worker woman to give me her boundaries in writing. She hasn't done this as of yet, but might on her next visit.

Meanwhile, I want to know roughly, how strict are the boundaries for disability support workers? Is it as strict as a therapist, pdoc or community mental health nurse? I know they are not my friend. I know they are professionals, just doing a job.

So, if you can help, write their boundaries below or what you would think their boundaries might be like, a rough estimate. It would help a lot. Thanks!

I think this probably varies a lot by organization. I interviewed at a day program where all employees were expected to have boundaries as strict as therapists.
