How do you cope when you cry every night going to sleep.? Im a mess.

I know its rough but it gets better. but only if you take it a day at a time...eventually u will get through whatever has you down

I understand how hard it is. I try to think of something nice like picturing myself at the beach watching the waves rolling in. It helps to calm me down but you have to try hard to separate yourself from the bad thoughts and think of something that makes you feel good.
