Many of you know I've been struggling with moving, with my landlady, with my psycho mother, with my depression, with lack of money. I've been (am) pretty low. However I have to give thanks to my outlaws. My outlaw mom drove to where I lived and made me follow her back to her home. She set up a room for Bugsy and me. She's been taking care of me and I'm slowly moving up the abyss. There's four of us, mom, her brother who had a stroke and can't live on his own anymore, dad who is very I'll (dying) and yours truly. In spite of the medical dramas I started to have fun again. I will forever be grateful to mom for rescuing me and helping me out as if I were one of her children. I'm so very fortunate

You are very fortunate. Because our relationships end doesn't mean that relationships developed from that initial one have to end. I am glad your "mom" is there for you. Take this time to heal, to take care of yourself.
Also, helping your "mom" care for her brother and dad can help pull you up from that abyss. It can give you purpose, which I think is one of the thing we lack when we are depressed.
Thanks for this!
