I've known her for a long time, dated her 10 years ago. We didn't keep in touch for those 10 years, so I figured we changed and grew up some.

Well I changed a lot, but it seems like she hasn't.
Granted, she is an RN, but her mood, attitude, and overall view of the world and how she deals is skewered.

A lot of it has to do with stress, stemming from her unstable jobs, and the fact that she doesn't have enough income.

She has an eating disorder, low self esteem, she smokes again (which I just cannot deal with), has panic attacks..
Oh and she abuses pills.(sleeping, sometimes narcotics, and anti anxiety) :/

(I have my fair share of problems, which is why I'm on this site lol)

Getting into the relationship I knew of some of her problems, mainly that she was having a hard time with money, has a weight problem, and her asthma.
I still wanted to try regardless of those things, because I believe you should look past those things if you really love someone.

So my main issue is that with my own problems, I don't think I can deal with hers.

I'm stressed out and don't know how to deal with my ex's death. (I was with her for almost 10 years, she was a significant part of my life)
And my current gf is jealous of that. Which is turn stresses me out more, because I feel like I have to prove that I love her.

Any advice? Or anyone who has dealt with something similar?

Are you getting something out of continuing this relationship? From your post, it sounds like you'd rather be out of it.

I don't have a ton of advice. I just think you asked a question you already know the answer to. You shouldn't be with this person in my opinion.

(Couldn't find the edit button?)
Ok I was mostly upset when I wrote this post and left out that I believe that she is what I need overall in a relationship.
She cares and pays attention to my needs. Attentively in fact. Which is something I found that a lot of my past relationships was overly lacking.
I guess I just have to weigh the pros and cons...
