I have been married for 22 years to the one and only woman I was ever involved with. We began dating during my junior year in college.
I have always had the most strong memories of our first 15 months together before I graduated and entered the "real world". It seems that my memories of this time exceed that of all the years we have been together since. Most of all, I am fascinated by the exact moment that the relationship "sparked", which I believe to be a second movie date based on memories and some notes I had written. The day that we were married seems dull by comparison, and I have always considered that first date to be a more important anniversary then when we married. Anyone else feel this way? |
