My parents dont know im not okay. Sometimes I fell like I should tell them, but they already have so much to worry about. Other times I feel like they just wouldn't care. One of my biggest fears though is that they will realize how messed up i am and they will kick me out. what should i do?

Hello and welcome to PC ! Glad you've found us here
I think you should tell your parents how you are feeling, they are there to give you support! Even if they have a lot to worry about you're their child and they will make time. If you're shy telling them the details maybe just give a brief description and ask them to see a doctor or therapist ?
Good luck
