So in school, people will NOT stop touching my stuff. I can't even leave my books down for TWO seconds or else people start picking them up and flip through them and stuff. It like "ends" the world for me, and I can't stand it. There's also people who touch me non-stop. I've told the assistant principal like five million times over the past 3 or 4 years and STILL this girl touches me, my face. Last year she football tacked me out of my seat at lunch, all in "good fun". My glasses got all bent up. One time she punched me in the stomach, "good fun". I went to the Urgent Care because I was afraid she did something to my heart.
And then at home, my mom and dad both harass me CONSTANTLY about each other. My dad and I are against my mom, and that's because my mom treats us like ***** sometimes. She used to hit me when we'd get into fights, and yell at me. One time she was reaching around me trying to punch me in the face, then when I tried to get away she grabbed my arms and pulled me across the laundry room. I hate her for all the times she hit me, I can't get over it. It haunts me everyday. And she handled my anger towards her by DRUGGING ME WITH ANTI DEPRESSANTS from the doctor!!!
I'm having a hard time forgiving her, so between school and this I'm ready to go on a rampage, but obviously I'm not. But I'm afraid because of the drugs my mom put me one, one day I will...
HELP.

Do yourself and the world a favor. Go to the school nurse, a teacher or the principal, and tell that person you are being abused in your home. In the US that person must contact child protective services. Remind them of this if they try to blow you off, like it is no big deal. It IS a big deal.

Then tell this person that you have become the target of bullies at your school and you need for it to stop because it makes you think of killing people.

Then call your doctor and say you want to discuss the prescription she or he wrote for you. YOU are the patient. Not your mother. You have a right to understand what has been prescribed for you and why, and you also have the right to discuss alternatives to simply medicating your condition. Make sure you tell the doctor that your mother has physically abused you.

Now to some practical stuff. You don't say what books people are touching. Are they class-issued textbooks? Don't keep anything important between the pages. Don't lay any personal stuff out that others can look through if you are not prepared in the short term for your bullies to continue to use this to bother you. They'll continue as long as the school looks the other way and you react.

There will be bullies everywhere you go. The trick is to learn to avoid them, not give them any power, and not allow yourself to be drawn into their evil need to harm others. Walk away; turn away, quietly say "knock it off", ignore them; figure out which method works with which bully. They can't victimize you if you stop considering yourself a victim.

They are touching your stuff because they know it drives you crazy. Pretend that you don't care about it and they may lose interest.

If someone punches you, punch them back. My boyfriend told me an interesting story. A kid used to give him crap on the bus, flicking stuff at him. He punched the kid in the nose. They both got suspended, but the bully never bothered him again.
