I don't know where this goes so this seemed like the best bet.

My fiancé gets angry really easy. And it isn't all the time really. But when he is stressed or anything he snaps. And it wouldn't be so bad but some of the things he says are really hurtful. Like telling me to work out more then if I'm unhappy with my body. I have an eating disorder. I don't know how to handle his anger. And nothing I've said has helped.

I'm just frustrated I guess.

It sounds like your fiancee has some anger issues and you both need to pay attention to that. Anger is a very nasty emotion and can cause lots of damage both physically and emotionally. You need to have a serious talk with him about things. Maybe his parents would help you talk to him. I'm sure they have noticed his temper too. Good Luck to you.

I wish I had paid more attention to me ex's anger in the beginning- I didn't realize it was a symptom of depression. He has apologized many times for how he acted at that time, but I'm finding it very hard to forgive/forget.
