Hi everyone.

Has anyone found any useful techniques for being ok with setting a boundary between you and another person?

Or doing ok when they ignore you alltogether?

It would depend how often you see them. If it is somebody you go to work with and see every day I understand how it would be difficult to ignore them but if it is somebody you choose to see just cut them off. My Wife did that to a few of her old friends who she believed were just using her for money and she hasn’t seen or heard from them for years.

Setting boundaries is about personal limitations. If they are ignoring you, because of your limits, then where's the respect?

Are they ignoring you because you set a boundary or ignoring the boundary you set?
