[Quarter life]

I have been a member of Psych Central for about 12 months now, but have not been actively engaged in the forums recently. There are a few reasons for this, first being that I have implemented coping mechanisms from advice on this site and am coping much better in several areas of my life. Second reason I haven't been engaging much here is due to cruel unwarranted comments and feedback from 1 or 2 members, who just seem to enjoy inciting reaction from people in pain.

To all those sincere caring members that have lent me their ear, I send you all a great big Thankyou. And to those few that revel in causing broken people even more anguish and self doubt with their flippant antagonistic comments...shame on you.

Let us all keep in mind that we all sought out this site for help, empathy, reassurance and the occasional kind word.

Be kind to yourselves and each other, by allowing us all to have a voice. Q.L

I wish that you would tell me about the members who have been causing you problems. I am a Community Liaison and I will see that something is done about the problem. We do not tolerate hurtful posts if we see them.

I second telling Jelly, or another staff member. Nothing can be done if there isn't anything said about the offense, or the offenders. I don't meant to put you on the spot, but if I were in your shoes, I'd say via PM everything I could to better prevent this situation from happening again.

Now I'll be quiet as speaking about other members in a negative light is against the community guidelines.

I have voiced my concerns via private message, but since complaining of vexatious & cruel comments by other members is against the guidelines ....I will now be silent.
