Can't seem to find the right way/words to tell a sister to stop making excuses and to just knock it off in general. There are no boundaries that I have been able to set with her and she has two ideas for dinner.... what if I want something different, why does it have to always be what she wants!!!! Sorry in a really pissy mood. How do I set boundaries with someone who wants to have things their way constantly??

Well it sounds a bit frustrating. Do you cook? I was just wondering if you could cook and pick what to eat. Maybe she is older? I don't know how to get her to change her mind and listen to you. If your mom is cooking could you speak to her about it. If you are not the cook it may be a tricky situation. I hope it goes better for you.

I cook, and she is 8 years older... it's the two of us. Our parents have tried to open up the communication but for what ever reason, hasn't worked yet. I think I'm the one that is frustrated the most but, I really don't know.

Isn't there compromise with your parents where dinner is concerned ? Maybe each of you, gets a day or two a week, then your parents decide?
