Hi there,

I am really suffering at the moment with trust issues. I have been with my boyfriend 3 years, he constantly has to reassure me he isn't cheating.
This was recently worsened as we were involved in a motorbike accident, I now realised in the months after the crash my trust issues have worsened.

My boyfriend is very supportive and reassures my he is not cheating and never would whenever I have doubts etc. but I'm scared I'll push him away! I need to try and help myself and reassure myself.

Posting on here today, I hope is my first step to trying to improve my behaviour and stop these thoughts as it really is exhausting and I hate feeling like this constantly! Also my boyfriend really deserves better!

Thank you for reading, any feedback will be much appriciated!
Hugs from:

Trust is a very important issue and it has to be earned. It is one of the main ingredients in a good relationship. If you feel he has earned your trust and that it is you with the problem then maybe you can consider counseling. that might help you find out what the real issue is behind your distrust.
