I've never really been good at communicating with others. I usually say the wrong thing, which i don't think about at the time, or have trouble finding the next thing to say. I'm not really good with maintaining my relationships because of this. Socially just awkward and it's difficult for me to interact correctly. I try to get better but i always find myself doing it without noticing. Anyone with any advice is greatly appreciated.

There are classes on active listening and public speaking.

Are there specific situations where you find yourself, socially awkward?

biggdd14, Hello and welcome to PC. I am sorry to hear about your feelings about your abilities. Sometimes our own thinking is not really the way things are. Just make sure that what you are feeling isn't just coming from your sensitivities that may be totally wrong. Sometimes what we think is going on really isn't the case. That is all I am saying. Everyone feels awkward in social situations to some degree. Best wishes here on PC.
