Just not enough to take me to the hospital

I could go take an ambulance but that then people would know nobody loves enough to bring me

I won't do that

Maybe I deserve maybe its justice

as bad as my ankle hurts it can't compare to the pain in my heart

i'm really sorry your heart is hurting and that your son won't take you in ... but i really think you should call that ambulance and get yourself to hospital
i think they will be more concerned with treating you and getting you help than anything else

TrixE, I understand how disappointed you are in your son. I am deeply concerned about the broken ankle and would strongly suggest you seek medical attention no matter how you get there. Is there a friend or neighbor that could drive you there? Please take care of yourself and do not worry about what other people think.

Thanks for giving me your thoughts about this. It's nice to know you've taken the time to answer as I feel very lonely and your answers help me deal with that a bit. Its very nice of both of you.

I would call a cab to the hospital - much cheaper than an ambulance (unless you get free ambulance service)! I hope your ankle feels better now - that sounds really painful.
Thanks for this!

I agree about taking a cab if you have one available. What happened that your son can't drive you?

A too-glaring revelation of the value of my life and my connection to my family. Anyone who has to take a taxi isn't really here but already the same as dead and gone.

Is anyone helping to support you with the pain in your heart?
Have you seen someone about your ankle yet?
