I have trouble talking to people in public. I get very scared and i don't know what to say. I can talk online fine but in public it's very different. Does anyone else have this problem. I think i am always going to be scared and i don't know how to change it.

(((SB))) I used to have trouble with this, but forced myself out of my comfort zone by volunteering at church and in other venues which forced me to talk to others about information I was familiar with. Doing something some thing like this may help. Best wishes.

Yes, I think you are not alone in this! Baby steps were really helpful to me. Just smiling at people I walked by or saying hello to the cashier at the store...
