This is about significant others if you have bad memories this might not be the best to look at.

What do you all think about when thinking about possible significant others? What do you think about when remembering the good times with people you have been/are with? I find myself thinking of holding hands and cuddling. I hope I find someone who shares that feeling one day

Yes I think of physical affection but also about general comfort of being together like sharing a household cooking laughing shopping every day stuff.

Heck this triggered something (not your fault). I left my long term significant other last year ( he had alcohol problem and keeps relapsing).

I remained friends with ex and actually date someone else now but I do miss this every day familiarity and comfort we had What do you all think about?

I think about his smile and his laugh, and the way he looks at me with those beautiful blue eyes. The way he expresses his love for me in the things he does. I miss him so much, every day. It's so hard being in a long distance (across the country) relationship.
