Sorry you are suffering from abandonment issues. I want to offer some resources, but I do not have personal experience with BPD.
Here are links to Psych Central that address your request forums.psychcentral.com/relationships.../57102-how-deal-abandonment- issues-relationships.html psychcentral.com/.../navigating-relationships-abandonment-fears-losing- others-losing-me/

While I have never had this personally I think I can offer one piece of advice. Good communication can ease the mind and keep the fears at bay. It really helped past gf's who where fearful with me (I guess b/c they thought I was really cool?) Now I never did anything wrong to them but they got nervous from time to time I think b/c other girls would look at me when I didn't notice. (again not to sound full of myself
![]() I.E. when my then gf was afraid of another girl stealing me I told her I would kiss her in front of the girl just to make it very clear who I was with. This made her feel very secure in our relationship. Sorry if that's TMI I just wanted to show how u 2 can brainstorm ideas together. Last edited by Keyslost; May 01, 2015 at 05:32 PM.
