I feel like through most of my career/school I never saw family/friends a lot. Just 2 yrs ago my grandma passed away so my grandpa gets very lonely. I'm going to try my best tmw to make it to his house with some food that he can heat up. Talk to him about work and pharm testing. I'm sick of missing out on stuff like that over the yrs and sick of getting so anxious about missing study time that I can't focus anyways. I'm just gonna leave and go talk to him

Dedicate time to focus on grandpa, you can worry about work or studies before and after allotted grandpa time.

Enjoy the time with him, I wish I still had a grandpa
