I do this periodically and they seem to enjoy it - hopefully I'm not over stepping any boundaries.

Do these girls know you? I think it is sweet but if they don't know they might feel awkward. What do they say when you give them flowers? Are they girls as "girls" or women? If you are a bit older they might misunderstand.

They're women (twenties) and yes I've known them for a while. Although I've never really asked them if it's okay I just enjoy it.

If you just mean it as a nice gesture, I think it's fine. They probably think it's sweet and a way of acknowleging them as persons, not just dispensers of coffee.
Not too often is a good idea . . to keep the gesture special. |

I think it's quite sweet and well, they've never said no don't, personally? I think they like the kind gesture too.
