I am recently divorced from my soul mate because i cant let go of her sex life before me. It consumes me till the point i get so angry and lash out at her about it then i go and cry because i feel awful about what i have done and now the best thing in my life is gone

take advice from someone who lost their soul mate 20 years ago. you never really get over that kind of loss-ever. let go of what is unimportant-everything before you & keep what is really important-her, if its not too late already. I hope its not! my prayers are with you, k.

Yip, living in the past is never conducive to the present or the future.

Sorry you've suffered such a painful loss due to your inability or refusal to leave the past where it belongs, but if nothing else, you've hopefully at least learned from your mistake and wont repeat it in future.

Best of luck, I hope you find healing on your journey.
