So i told my crush that i like her. She said she dont wanna get into a relationship for now and will stay single till shes ready. And said she dont wanna ruin our friendship. We dont talk much and it makes me sad when she hangout with other guys at school. So should i move on or just keep waiting for her hoping that its gonna happen someday?

Move on. If it happens later down the road, awesome. But in the meantime, you shouldn't close yourself off to other opportunities. Plus, it'll just end up hurting you even more if she DOES decide she's ready for a relationship.... but not with you.

She said she dont wanna get into a relationship for now and will stay single till she is ready - Sounds like a classic negotiating move to me. She is testing you. Or maybe not, I don't know.

Another approach would be to be slower to tell that you like someone. Instead, hang out with them, ask them out, talk, be kind and look for kindness in return, and see what develops.
