Judge has signed off saying, yes he can be served by email. Not sure if the 3rd party rule still applies. Calling courthouse to make sure. I do not want any mistakes.

Courthouse sucks, called, left messages, no return call. Someone online said use a delivery service. Good they can scan it than, and I know it will be done correctly.
