For me it would be ok, but it is different for every person. For some people it has to be someone special they have known for some time, so a second date isn't ok. For others kissing is something they do at every first date and they feel better that way. I am even stranger - I gave my first kiss at someone I barely knew, because I were bored in the cinema, and we didn't even have a second date, but it was still sweet and I never regretted it.

In short, trust your feelings. If you feel you may regret it, wait. If you feel anxious but want it, despite what the future may hold, then go for it. And most of all, have fun
