Ever since I can remember I've had obsessions all the time. I think its due to having bipolar disorder, being so one track minded and hyper focused when i'm manic and all. When I first started on social media, i'd cyber stalk people, like constantly. By that I mean I would go over their accounts all the time and just obsess over them. Well, about a year ago I started dating my boyfriend, and before me he dated a girl for about two years. Well, lately all i can do is just look over her stuff and look at the stuff she posted while they were dating.. I either feel bitter towards her or like jealous of her but either way it consumes my mind. I feel ashamed about it already i just dont know how to let it go, has anyone struggled with something similar?

Why does she leave this stuff open?

In a different capacity I stumbled through a mountain of past stuff. Continuing to read was certainly not what l did.

It was an are you bleeping kidding me moment! Because of other reasons than having seen all those sweet nothings.

If they have no continued friendship, then it's safe to say there's not much to worry about. If he's leaving his end open, then there could be an elephant in the room.

Perhaps block her to resist your own temptation?

Have you had, or could you have, a chance to speak about these obsessions with a therapist?

I too have obsessions on people I don't know. Example is a tv programme I became so obsessed with a character I Google and IMDB'ed this character and the actress playing her it was ridiculous. I'm like this with people I know too sometimes too
