I just had my first date with a girl I've been talking to for weeks and it went great, we really hit it off and she was all over me. We have everything in common and we get along great. I still feel so on gaurd and paranoid though, like this is all going to be some cruel joke and it's going to blow up in my face. I've had a lot of messy relationships in my life and it's hard to accept change like this. Should I just stop worrying? Does it seem like she's truly into me?

Try and be in the moment. You have been building a nice relationship with a woman. You had a nice date with her. Enjoy that and don't over think it. Remember analyze/paralyze. If you analyze something too much, you will paralyze yourself from action on it.

Good luck,

Thanks for this!
